Personality: Tesei is a very courteous person, who judges people just based off what his other senses tell him and how they treat him. He is a bit of a slacker, but he knows when its time to stop the laziness and step it up. He is protective of people who actually treat him normally, while very aggressive towards people who look down on him or think he is weak from his lack of eyesight. He also has a minor perverted streak.

Physical Appearance http://fav.me/d4sj7g6 He wears the typical Arrancar outfit of a white coat over a black robe-style outfit. His hair is white and messy, with a general style able to discerned. Across his eyes is his mask fragment, covering a scar across his eyes from his past. Around his neck is a necklace with a small yin/yang symbol. A scar is also discernible across his neck.

Bio: As a human, tesei had a normal childhood until one night a man broke in and took him hostage. The man demanded everything the family had for my life. When they had all the money and goods, the man slaughtered them in front of his eyes. Bringing the knife he used to kill them, he said “I always keep my promises, so you live.” Slashing quickly, he took out Tesei's right eye. “Now you see me,” The man uttered. He slashed across his nose and cut the other eye. 'Now you dont.” He finished. Sitting in his house, with nothing at all, Tesei vowed vengeance against the man. After training for many years to kill the man, he found out where he was at age 16. Going into his house, Tesei found poetry in Braille on the walls and a handrail straight to him. Following it, he found the man who killed his parents and eyesight. He asked for forgiveness, any way he could repay Tesei. Tesei said that the mans death would suffice. Obliging, the man quickly stabbed into his own heart. Giving the blade a quarter turn, he was dead before he touched the ground. Realizing what he had done, Tesei found the blade and slit his own throat. As a Hollow, he still could not see, so he would lie in wait for a hollow to think he was weak and take them out. When he became an Arrancar, his sight remained gone, but his other senses were enhanced to the extreme. He is high up in the Espada due to his strength and ingenuity in battle, along with a certain cunning.

Zanpakutō

Name: Obscuridad Absoluta

Sealed form: Sealed within a non-descript black cane. With a 6 inch handle and 48 inch blade. The blade has a distinct mirror-like quality, with a razor sharp blade.

Resurrección: His mask fragment turns black, with the locations his eyes would be covered in white along with a slash mark that goes across both eyes, while the mask also covers his upper jaw with a sharp-toothed facsimile of a wolfs jaw. Across his throat, a small white slash mark forms. His arms get covered in the same black bones, with the elbows extending into sharp points. His nails turn into claws, which are pure-white. His chest and legs are also covered in this black bone substance, with an outline of a heart with stitches at the edge and a slash through it over where his heart would be. Using his shadow and any nearby shadows, he is able to form weapons or use it to attack an enemy. Can also be used to bind an enemy in place for another to finish said enemy off. If his shadow is attacked, it can cause small amounts of damage to Tesei.


Call out phrase: Blackout!! Obscuridad Absoluta

Any abilities/techniques:Unending darkness: Causes the target to be surrounded by shadows, blocking their sight of everything. Other senses aren't affected. Is dispersed as soon as Tesei is hit. Can only block an area fifty meters around the intended target.

Shadow Destruction: Any damage Tesei does to a persons shadow is afflicted on them. Will not sever limbs, but will cause light gashes. Will not work on inanimate objects. Requires reiatsu to be channeled in to the blade to work.

Cero Obscuridad: Tesei gathers together a cero before dashing it past a shadow. The shadows leap onto the cero, compressing it while Tesei pumps more reiatsu into it. The cero grows more slowly now as all the reiatsu is still compressed by the shadows. When it reaches regular size, Tesei fires it off, the compression rendering the reiatsu into a brilliant opalescent bright blue. Intermingled in the fired beam are shadows, which allow Tesei to control the cero in a fashion.

Midnight Sun: Tesei gathers a great amount of shadows in his hand, channeling reiatsu into the mass. The shadows quickly rotate while staying in a small sphere, until they generate an intense flame. After this, he aims the burst at an enemy and fires it at an insane speed, where upon contact or the user's discretion, it explodes into a great ball of black flames.

The physical appearance has to be written as well as a written description of the zanpakuto, but the pictures can remain.

Also, you haven't technically been approved for the position stated within your profile, as an admin or co-admin hasn't approved it nor has the proper amount of time passed for a mod to approve it.

This profile has been used without approval. To avoid this profile and it's posts from being regarded as invalid, or even deleted, the profile needs editting. The sealed form of the zanpakto must be described. The ability of the zanpakto is also too similar to Kyoraku's zanpakto's implicit ability to travel in shadows so this needs to be changed.

Until these things are fixed, Tesei Utakata is frozen. Any posts made after this date and time with this character are invalid (No one will delete them though so just fix this asap please and all will be well )

Kenpachi he's tried out for it already, the issue was his profile was never approved by a mod or admin and he needed to make edits. Please do not stick your nose into our business, thanks ^.^

Yup, it's good as long as the Shadow Destruction ability isn't in place all the time, as in it needs to be activated.

Why is it I can never keep the freakin ability? Had to change it once, now again. Fun.

You use that ability /way/ to damn much anyway, to the point I consider it god modding. Now the decision wasn't based on that, it was completely unrelated because in a cannon setting no zanpakuto share abilities unless the characters are related; Hence why we made the decision.

In response to Kizo, the ability sucks in nearly every other aspect due to the fact it meant for that. Especially considering tge original was only the warp with a bit more distance.

I did not understand that at all ._. But, the point is not to spam the living hell out of an ability which allows for such an easy evasion of an attack, you end up looking like a dick. >.>

My character's blind, what do you want from me? You kinda a bit of leg up with that. Also, that has been a bit of a staple of this character for as long as I've used him. So I generally just use when possible. Also the abuse of it against Zamder was on purpose. I get only five lines for nearly a whole fight, I tend to try to provoke.

Be more creative? >.> Tousen was blind but he didn't do something like that o.e Mainly because as far as I know(Don't think he had any other abilities, idgaf because I don't like Tousen e.e) he didn't have any but he trained himself to be able to dodge attacks effectively.

Sorry about that. But I can most definitely operate without it. Apparently I drew from Tousen without having gotten far enough to do so, as Tesei has the enhanced senses. Just when I feel spiteful, I begin to try to draw more writing from a person. With hearse, I can barely tell what the he'll just happened the way he writes. Really wish I could figure out how exactly to get a good description from that jumbled mess.

No idea. Apparently setting a bar for standard just attracts those who will limbo right under it. I do tge best I can and if I ever need a vouch for being able to work without shadow warp, ask Dalaga. He saw a few of my other ways of doing so.
