Weapons: a red Quincy bow as seen in the picture. it's about as tall as she is and is a bit different than the normal blue bow most Quincy's carry. Her Reishi is a bit different than normal. instead of the blue you see in typical Quincy. She also uses the Seele Schneider, a special sword used by the Quincy to steal the Reishi of their opponent. It's also used in a deadly attack that goes by the same name. The Seele can be used in multiple ways, but Tsuri uses it in the two most common ways.
Reishi Absorption & Manipulation: Although Shingiami and Quincy both use Reiryoku when fighting, they both have a totally opposite fighting style. Shinigami use the spiritual power created from their soul in conjunction with a Zanpakutō to fight against the Hollows. You can say they fight using the power within. On the contrary, a Quincy uses the Reishi in the atmosphere, and combines it with his/her Reiryoku to create weapons. They fight using the power outside.

*Personality: She is kind, friendly, trustworthy and can also be a bit mean sometimes when she has to be. she's also a bit of a rebel Quincy. she likes to live life by her own rules.
*Physical Appearance:
She has Bleach blond hair and deep blue eyes. She is slightly tan with a short, boyish but cute bob hair cut(as seen above). she is about 5' 11" tall and weighs just under 120lbs. she's quite small, but powerful.
*Bio: Tsurī was born and raised in china until she decided to come to Japan to live when she was 16. she's been working in a clothing store ever since and she's moved up the ranks to become the store's head manager. she's also a Quincy. She's trained as a Quincy since she was 6 years old. her father was her master, he trained her until he died when she was 12. Tsuri's mother passed away when she was just a child. and that's why she came to Japan, to find a better life. She finally quit her job as a store manger and started working odd jobs every now and then.

Gintō (銀筒, Silver tubes) are small silver cylinder capsules that store spiritual energy in a liquid form and are used by the Quincy for spell-casting in the same way that Shinigami use Kidō. Like Kidō, they're activated by calling out various commands.

Hollow bait: This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts Hollows when crushed.

Sanrei Glove (散霊手套, sanrei shutō): This is a powerful Quincy artifact that can increase a Quincy's power exponentially, but requires a dangerous and exhausting type of resistance training by wearing it for a week while constantly firing spiritual arrows to master.[22] The glove works by scattering the spirit particles in the surrounding area, making it much harder to form a working bow.[23] If a Quincy can summon a bow and use it for the required amount of time, they will have undergone a massive increase in power. When removed, however, the user will be overwhelmed by their own heightened ability to gather spirit particles - first transforming them into a being of tremendous strength, the Quincy: Letzt Stil, before "burning out" and losing their Quincy powers as the body abandons the ability to gather spiritrons.

Seele Schneider (魂を切り裂くもの (ゼーレシュナイダー), Zēreshunaidā; German for "Soul Cutter", Japanese for "That Which Slits the Soul"): The Seele Schneider is a thin sword that can be fired similarly to an arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles. Uryū also stated that using it increased his spiritual power.

Hirenkyaku (飛廉脚; lit: "Flying Screen Step/God Step", Viz: "Flying Bamboo-Blind Leg") is analogous to the Shinigami Flash Steps or the Arrancar Sonído. The Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances;

Ransōtengai (乱装天傀; lit. "heavenly wild puppet suit", "disheveled paradise puppet" in the Viz translation) — This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement.

Quincy: Letzt Stil (滅却師最終形態（クインシー・レツトシュティール）, Kuinshī Retsutoshutīru; Japanese for "destruction sage: final form, Quincy", German for "last style", Viz Media Translation, "Letz Stile"): is the last resort for a Quincy reached after removing the Sanrei Glove. It gives the user a tremendous amount of power, but at the price of loss of their powers upon its completion.
