I wonder...will your sound pierce the darkness? The Dark King Approaches to test the mettle of the fledgling Vizard. Can he prove his worth? Or will Silence the Darkness claim?

Location: Moonlit night of Karakura Town (Start)

Time: Approx 10p.m.

Weather: Breezy; Clouds threaten to release their heavenly tears (Rain coming)

Combatants: Caelum Tsukiyo and Kiru Hatake
Closed Battle, no others may join. Any and all may spectate.

Caelum stands upon a parking garage awaiting Kiru's first assault.

*As silence dropped upon the dark sleeping town of karakura a lone pressence appeared, far into the sky a black ripple formed strecthing across 3ft then suddenly it spread open in the dark void stood the visord known as kiru hatake who happened to be challenged by a force stronger then himself but still knowing this he accepted, kiru then took his first few steps out of the garganta and fell down from the sky and landed a total distance of 5 feet from the dark lord*

"shall we begin..."

*as kiru spoke he tightly gripped the hilt of his zanpaktuo with his left hand and peered into the dark lord's empty eyes then suddenly he disappeared using his flash step ability and appeared 2 feet infront of the dark lord and swung his zanpaktuo directly towards his torso*

A good entrance, nothing showy, nor exaggerated. The boy did well to remember his place and keep in mind his opponent was far stronger than himself. With crossed arm, Caelum stood waiting as the young man dropped down onto the parking garage roof and stood opposite of him, showing no fear as he stood before one such as the Hollow King. To the boy's words, Caelum simply smiled, an empty little smile of little more than amusement, finding this to be nothing more than a bit of play. And then came the attack. The boy was fast, the Dark King could give him that, but that was all. He did not bother to move, standing completely still as the swing came. Then it hit...but why no blood? The blade had not even managed to break skin.

Tilting his head, almost disappointed, Caelum looked down at the blade as it struck his chest and allowed his smile to fade. Not enough.... was all the man thought before his right leg rose and whipped out in a kick aimed at Kiru's side. Upon connection, if it hit, it would break two of his ribs and send him him flying through the next building and straight into the wall of the next. If Kiru managed to evade, the sheer force would likely send him flying anyway, though not at strongly. Where physically Kiru was lacking, part of why he could not strike through the Hollow King's Hierro on his first attempt, Caelum was only too prominent. And he was nowhere near using his full strength. His Hierro was among the very strongest in existence and his physical strength was awe-inspiring, almost god-like. No, it was god-like, spelling trouble for Kiru. Following the kick, Caelum gathered reiryoku into his hand, a condensed Cero in the making being prepared for his next assault.

kiru managed to land his first blow which was no surprise to him. then came the kick from th dark lord, kiru using his proficent speed managed to sway backwards dodging the blow but for some odd reason a sudden force of pressure came right after the kick. kiru was then sent flying a few feet backwards into the air but he caught himself. kiru then laid his zanpaktuo to his side and thought for a moment.

"....he knows he can kill me at any given moment but yet he chooses not too, a fools mistake in my advantage given my zanpaktuo's ability of sound destruction. well lets see how it all goes."

kiru would firmly grip his zanpaktuo as he faced it towards the dark lord espada, then a dense dark blue aura would consume kiru's body as he spoke quietly to himself....quiet down sasu yona oto, was all that escaped kiru's lips then suddenly his zanpaktuo changed, the tsuba adorned a shuriken star style as the hilt took a blue and black pattern of color as for the blade it disappeared for a few seconds and reformed from sound. kiru now seeing that he would have to give it his all before the dark lord did took off, he dashed 2ft infront of the espada and swung directly for his torso once more but this was nothing more than a distraction. has he used utsemi a technique were the user moves at such a high speed that it leaves a live after image of themself in place. now thinking of having the upper hand kiru who was now behind the espada placed his blade at his back having the point a total of 7inches away he then spoke as a dense ball of spiritual pressure and sound formed at the tip of his blade.

"otonoha..."

suddenly the dense blast of sound was released aimmed directly for the lower spine of the espada, the attack itself had low damaging abilities but its piercing ability was top notch to none. From what kiru knew it was able to pierce anything but he never tried it on a espada's hierro.

Caelum's kick seemed to have missed, but that was nothing of any great concern to him. He thought that he might not strike the boy, but then the King never went in with but one course of action. As the boy went flying Caelum lifted his hand, index finger outstretched, and was set to aim before he noticed Kiru releasing his zanpakuto. It was nothing flashy, nor impressive, but simply by how it had taken place Caelum was able to deduce that this was what had happened. When Kiru took to shunpo and appeared just behind him Caelum's brows rose in slight interest, wondering what the young Shinigami Vizored could have been planning after an unsuccessful physical strike. Then a word met his ears. The Deus was well familiar with Shinigami's abilities with Kido and, as he was unfamiliar with the boy's proficiency with the Demon Arts, twisted immediately out of the way just a blast of condensed reiryoku shot past and tore a hole in his coat. Hm.... It was immediately afterward that Caelum pointed his index finger, with a half strength Cero charged at its end, to the side of the boy's head. "Now evade this." With that he released a large and powerful melancholy blue Cero. And you know what? He earnestly hoped the boy managed to evade, to survive the blast. Even at half strength, the blast was enough to possibly blow away the boy's head, if not his entire upper body, from chest up. If he managed to defend, he would at least escape with his life, though he would be plenty battered and a bit bloodied. Evasion, on the other hand, was less likely, but eve if he did manage to evade, likely via Shunpo, Caelum would simply backfist the boy if he came within range...and he seemed the type who would prefer to stick to close-range combat. All the same, the air around Caelum's person began to shimmer ominously....

"damn" was all that kiru uttered as his attack missed, he then noticed caelum was instintly beside him with a cero charging from the point of his index finger pressed against the side of his head. kiru thinking quickly rose his left hand as a dark murky blue aura swept into his palm and formed his visord mask. the mask is a white oval mask kinda in the shape of a wolf mask the noval part extends out like a wolf snout but not as long and with two holes on it for breathing, the mouth part is in the shape of wolf teeth, there is two black lines that extends from the eye socket part vertically down to the cheek and two blue markings the start below the black lines on the cheek of the mask swirling up to the head down stopping before the nose. then using one of his defensive shinigami abilities he would coat his body with dense spiritual pressure which acted as a type of shield against attacks to half the damage and thanks to the mask its defensive properties would increase giving kiru a chance at surviving.

"no more close-combat...ranged tatics now"

was all kiru was thinking about as the blast deployed creating a massive explosion in his current location, kiru himself was sent directly into the ground which cratered due to the power from the blow. After the dust settled kiru was seen lying in that crater gasping for air for a moment, he was covered in cuts and bruises with blood trickling out his nose and mouth but that wasnt about to bother kiru. he struggles to stand but he managed too then he spoke.

"bankai!"

kiru slowly brought his zanpaktuo to chest length with his left hand as a dense pressure would take the area, then suddenly dark murky blue spiritual pressure begun to swirl around his feet until it form into a twister which hid kiru's appearance. after ten seconds a blade was seen ripping through the twister then it dispursed. kiru's appearance hardly changed as his attire adorned a hooded black cloak, his zanpaktuo appearance also changed. their was a foot long black cloth hanging from the hilt of the blade, the hilt of the bankai is all black with a blue diamond formation along in the middle, the tsuba itself is in a U shape formation (like urahara's shikai's tsuba) with two moon shaped crystal's adorned on both sides of the tsuba, the blade is made entirely of dense sound and spirit energy being 6ft and all black.

Now with new found confidence and power kiru was ready to take on the espada lord.

"hauringumun no funsai (lit: howling moon, crushing sound)"

kiru then signaled the espada lord by wave his hand for the espada lord to come, he also spoke saying a ability of his blade which will stay hidden till later.

"Kowareta oto.."
