Weapon(s): Saigo no ha- A katana passed down to Yoko from his family. The sword has a white feather hanging from the end of it. The handle of the sword is red with a gold circle in the center of it, and one gold ring at the end of the handle, and another attaching the feather. The guard is a gold colored square with two smaller squares inside of it. The blade of the katana is slightly curved and appears to be a dark gray color. The sheath is red as well and near the mouth of the sheath, a white cord is wrapped around it.
The blade was forged to cut through the hardest of material. Also, inside the sword resides a spirit beast that can be summoned to aid it's master(the wielder of the sword) in battles or any other situations where it is required.
*Personality: Yoko is a rather violent person for he kills indiscriminately often with little to no motivation sometimes. In addition to senseless killing, he often attacks in ways that will result in the most bloodshed, though he is unaware of this fact. He is also both sadistic and masochistic. In addition to enjoying receiving and dealing pain, he enjoys being humiliated and humiliating others. This often causes him to torture his opponents and sometimes even random people who have nothing to do with him. Yoko also enjoys teasing and mocking people sometimes based on their way of thinking, hopes and other things of the like. He enjoys people with many negative emotions too and a very small few other people for one reason or another. His most redeeming features are his pride and nobility. He doesn't particularly enjoy fighting people who are weaker than himself, and he will never raise his blade to someone who is seriously injured. He prefers fighting strong people so he doesn't feel the need to pull his punches. It is believed that he carried these particular traits from his past life.
*Physical Appearance: Yoko is a slim young appearing man. He has straight black hair that reaches about three inches below his neck. The color of his skin is white, his wide eyes are a dark purple color. His features are rather small but they fit his body shape. His skin is very smooth and free from any blemishes or any other distinguishing marks. Despite residing in Hell, Yoko tends to wear clothes that are similar in appearance to a school uniform in the world of the living except in black. He wears black shoes, black pants and a black long sleeve button shirt. His belt is black as well and he wears a red tie. He usually carries his katana by hand.

Human Life:
Yoko was born into a clan that was tasked with the job of eliminating hollows for hundreds of years. It was much like the Quincy's, however, they did not use bow and arrows and instead each had their own unique way of fighting. However, Yoko was trained basically since birth and he came to be known as a prodigy. Because of this, he was entrusted the Saigo no ha, a family heirloom, and the greatest at that. There was many times where Yoko destroyed hollows and he took pride in what he did. However, inside the clan, there was a struggle, and it often got in the way of the duty to vanquish evil spirits. Eventually, Yoko was betrayed by his own clansmen. He was tricked into allowing himself to be experimented on and only because he trusted his people did he allow this to happen. However, during the course of the experimentation, something went terribly wrong and Yoko managed to break free from the facilities in which he was experimented on. After all the time he was experimented on, he developed a great hate and rage for his clans people. He was young after all and it proved to be too much for him to bare. Once he escaped the lab, he decided on revenge. He prepared himself well and managed to retrieve his weapon without any issue. Once he was ready, he went on a rampage. Had he not had the element of surprise on his side, things may not have played out how he wished. But, sure enough, he massacred his entire clan, with the exception of his parents. When he felt he'd done enough, he committed suicide and left the world of the living.

Afterlife:
Yoko spent quite a few days wondering the world as a spirit. He felt so much hate and grief and all of his negative emotions were gnawing away at the chain that grew from his chest when he died. However, before he could make the transformation to a hollow, a shinigami appeared. They assured him everything would be fine but they were clueless about the sins committed by him during his time alive. When they tried to pass his soul on the the soul society, an ominous looking gate appeared behind him and sucked him in. He didn't require an explanation, he had a feeling he would be punished for his sins and the ominous feeling he got from the gate made it clear. Once in hell, his mind slowly faded away, and he became increasingly evil. In a sense, he became the very thing he used to hate and kill. His new lust for blood was proof of this. It sometimes made him angry and violent to think about it, but as time passed, his regrets did as well and he grew to embrace the killing now and he became content with himself.

Summoning- When Yoko's katana is drawn, he has the choice to summon the giant beast inside the katana to do his bidding. The beast is a chimera, with a lions head, and snakes for tails. The beast is overall covered in black fur with the exception of the grayish mane and the white tail snakes. The beast has twelve eyes, six on each side of it's face and they are purple, unless the beast is angry in which case they will glow red. Each of the chimera's teeth are pointed and sharp enough to bite through most material, like the blade of the Saigo no ha. The beast has great strength and spiritual power and it has a single technique so far.
The beast can be used for a maximum of 3 posts at a time with a 7 post cool down in between.
Ominous Roar- The beast will use it's might power and roar out creating a powerful wave of energy in all directions powerful enough to shatter the glass of multiple glass buildings and severely injure someone in close enough range.
Body Flicker- An ability similar to shunpo, developed by Yoko while still alive. It allows a person to move short or long distances at an almost untraceable speed unless the user is particularly slow or heavy.
Pyrokinesis- Yoko has the ability to conjure and manipulate any and all flames. The only flaw to the manipulation of flames is that it must either be conjured by him, or it must be in the range of his sight, othewise, he can not manipulate it.

The race of the character should be noted in the topic title, so that we know it's a togabito.

You may only have one stat at 5, while the rest must be below 5, as is stated in the RP system topic. Also, if you have a 0 in kido, you cannot use anything except for physical techinques. It means you have no control whatsoever of your reiatsu/reiryoku.

Conjuring flames is much too OP for a C rank, and must have specific limits placed.

Also, there needs to be a limit on how long the chimaera can be out for. Usually, summoning techniques are prohibited, but I'll let you keep it if limitations are placed.

I think I fixed everything mentioned. As for the Pyrokinesis, I left it as it is because it wasn't intended for use now, it was intended for when I built up my kido stat because I believe it is kido. But if there are any further criticisms, suggestions, etc. please let me know.
