*Physical Appearance: Shoulder length crimson hair, unkempt in style with longer bangs, silver wire frame glasses, sky blue eyes which seem devoid of emotion no matter what he is showing on the outside, when in Hueco Mundo he wears an outfit similar to what Sosuke Aizen wore, modifications being a smaller collar and the coat going to his mid thigh rather then his ankles, when in soul society he wears a captains uniform of squad five, though his haori is akin to a sweatshirt rather only going down to his hips and having a hood attached to the top, when in the human world he wears a black duster, dark grey fedora with pinstripes and a matching suit and tie.
*Bio: He was once one of the most feared and respected captains in soul society, he had led hundreds of missions for multiple squads sometimes leading projects for even squad four and squad twelve, over the few hundred years he spent there gaining all the knowledge of every technique he could muster.
His childhood was more then a bit of a tragedy, his great power at a young age caused him to be ostrisized from normal society in the dangai, he became a shinigami when the king spirit was still in the soul society actively watching over the souls in his realm, chosen for his great potential to rise to that coveted rank back when there were only a handful to govern the passing of spirits, this meeting is what caused his latent mental skills such as advanced learning potential and his ability to tap into his natural power source to grow exponentially, over twelve hundred years prior to the current date in time.

Zanpakuto

*Name: Benka
Zanpakuto spirit: An old wolf, with grey fur and scars across his body, a flaming right eye and a green smokey left eye.
*Sealed form: A standard no name katana which was commonly seen in fudal japan during the time of Nobunaga Oda
*Shikai: it splits into two blades and glows darkly, a wave of energy flowing outwards and covering an area of one hundred yards, anything within that area loses all feeling within their body, as though looking through someone else's body, this does not however prevent them from moving but if they are not careful they will lose their footing or even drop their weapons if they raise their arms at all due to not being able to judge how much strength they use or how their balance is shifted.
*Call out phrase: Feel no pain.
*Any abilities/techniques: a shallow cut in a strait line with the blade that does little more then give something akin to a paper cut at any range.

Bankai

*Bankai name: Terra Benka
*Bankai description: The blade in his left hand turns into a die katana with a six foot blade, glowing slightly orange with heat while the blade in his right grows into a tower shield nearly the same size as Dalaga himself, the edges covered with flame and a sharp spike at the center. The shield's ability is reactive not proactive and requires it to be struck to activate, when hit it launches flames at the attacking object with sticky flame that spreads across its target until doused with water and requires no fuel to continue burning even after the person or object is burned to a crisp and stops burning only when the bankai is sealed.
*Any abilities/techniques: The blade heats up when conjoined with Dalaga's signature attack Fuego De La Luna and absorbs the flame that is created for one single attack that can have a virtually limitless ability to cut due to the heat.

Inner Hollow

*Name of inner hollow: Dimitri De Ragnorock
Personality: Cruel, destructive, purposely harmful to his surroundings people and otherwise.
Appearance: Just like Dalaga but rather younger, shorter hair and pure white with solid black eyes with no visible iris and no glasses.
*Hollow mask: It is a swirling pattern of multiple shades of indigo, a single line of black about a centimeter wide following the swirl to give it direction which gives an optical illusion as though the pattern is always spinning, the mask has no mouth and instead he seems to speak through his energy rather then words.
It standardly increases his speed and strength a great deal but does little else except actually enhance his concentration on his opponent and his intent to kill increases exponentially.

Extra ability: Fuego De La Luna: A move which requires massive amounts of control over ones energy flow, creating sparks at a thousand times a second in the area of a single inch, setting the air on fire. It expands in accordence to the launched riatsu meaning the energy useage is depemdant on the area he tries to hit. Typically an 8 foot total radius from top to bottom and left to right in the shape of a wall.

it is lol but they actually have to strike the shield in order to activate it, i cant hit them with it XD so its an auto-ish thing that only happens if they are dumb enough to activate it lol

Still can't be auto. They still have to have a chance to pull back before getting lit up.

I know I'm new and all. But it doesn't look like this was fully approved. It may have been elsewhere, but if this is the correct judging for the app, then this app is incomplete and therefore not improved.

Anything auto is not allowed. Even if its 'reactive.' Who's to say you don't block with your shield which causes them to immediately catch fire? That is the loophole in this ability. You may not be able to hit them with it, but you can cause them to hit it through blocking with it.

As Mugetsu said, it can't be auto. So please fix this ability and let us no.
