OHHH congrats!!!!! I know that the time I was accepted into the Uni I had applied for I was estatic and was jumping all over. That was 2 years ago now but well ya!

to be honest, i dont want the cliche, sword slash, or speed increase... ive been trying to think up soemthing original, i normally dont like elements, and i have to use an element it'll normally be lightning. Ive always like being able to create anyhing i needed, like have you ever sceen the movie green lantern, like that. Though would that be allowed?

Never seen it. o.o But there would have to be a limit to what you create. Like maybe have an ability where you could make any form of object out of a certain material, like your reiryoku, earth, or something else.

Like how the quincy make their bow's and arrows, something similar to that but pretty much any weapon i might need, or energy blast perhaps, i like it because the only limit is really your imagination.

Exactly. ^^ I don't see any problem with that ability. The old version of my character Ichirin had an ability similar to that. :O

Great minds think alike! so on the subject, guns? I know stark uses two, and soi fon has a rocket launcher, whats the deal on them, i mean limit or something? Also with this power the omni-like power would i be able to create a train and hit somebody with it? or make a miniture sun and have them pulled into its gravitational field then into the center... oh and whats the policy on dozens of small blades, like yeah like senbon sakura, but with my own energy hmm give me some boundries so i dont go over board..

As long as the guns aren't as fast as a real one, their fine. There has to be a limit on how big an object you can create, a whole train may be a tad large. O.o The sun idea, a definite no no. Over time, it would be an auto-hit move. The blades are fine, as long as you don't auto-trap with them. and incase you were going to ask this, no explosive materials can be created, unless you carry around the chemical make-up for them. O.o Which is unlikely.

im a kido captain im sure i could make a kido spell that is like a big pocket, and holds anything i need to make it. So then i love revolvers and snipers so dont worry about how fast it goes... or what if it goes as fast as real ones, but each bullet is pretty much a small amount or reitsu uhm might have spelled that wrong so the faster it fires the smaller the bullet, like say a 9mm sub machine gun could easily be stopped by the spirit pressure people have around them, unless its like to an unknowing target, and say a really big blast would be harder to stop, ya know speed>power=less energy but more bullets to hold off the target Power>speed=more damage but more power. Hmm unfortunally i really love guns, so i know all about armor peircing, hollow point, haha hollow point, incendiary, and such... even which types of bullets go further and hit harder... hmm what if its just like starks and shoots cero?

That could work, but have it be bursts of reiatsu. They could be ceros when you're hollowfied, but not otherwise.

Considering im a kido captain, naturally wouldnt i need a lot of reaitsu, like enough to fight effectively as someone who's mastered hand to hand, for long periods of time? is there a way to train to have more reaitsu, or to have more stamina with it? Also for my own shikai to create multiple objects and larger ones and such?

Well you wouldn't need a massive amount of reiatsu for that unless you planned on shooting constantly, which just isn't a right way to go about it. Besides, ceros are also made of reiatsu, so it's the same deal either way. And the reason extremely large objects being created is prohibited, is because, making something exceedingly large would be classified as god-moding. You really shouldn't try to OP your characters. People will just get pissy about it. Those who can fight successfully with more limited abilities, are far more respected.
