Kizo is the last attack sage just did a bit over powered cuz i pretty much made him send a massive tower blast of flames and cero energy towards the vizard at quincy arrow speeds

I'd call it over powered, but you need to realize your asking a biased party, I could call any of your attacks over powered if I was a bitch. >.>

Now to actually answer your question for real, the ability seems fairly similar to one of Rukia's just with fire instead of ice, so it's not really that bad. If you have doubts then ask an unbiased party to check yourself.

lol good point i just realized that XD but i dont think rukia made hers 80 feet in diameter XD and sage can slowly heal from it and he could jump out of the tower if she dodges it and suprise attack her

Yeah. I am suppose to get a few opions on it from dirffent points of view and dirffent age groups to see the difference of who actually knows about this stuff and who doesnt. Also she what they think of it and why its a issue at the time being.
