Actually, when I'm looking for somewhat to date the first thing I do is see how they act around people they don't know... Because normally if they're nice to a stranger, then they're a good person/respectful. I won't date a complete dumbass either. As for personality, I'm more flexible with that but it's hard cause not a lot of people are compatible with stubborn people. >.> So, actually I look at all of that.
