Okay, I'm thinking true blood=pure bread....Here, lemme rant...

Masaki was actually a shinigami who fought along side Isshin and something similar happened to the both of them which caused their loss in powers....No longer shinigami they get sent to live out the rest of their days in the human world where Masaki gets pregnant....Hence forth Ichigo and the twins are actually full blooded shinigami and not half like once was previously thought...How Ichi looks like Kaien? Well if Masaki is indeed found out to be a shinigami and not a human it's possible she's related to him....Explaining why, if she is a shinigami, she could give birth to children because she was of noble blood....Same could be on Isshin's side but it makes more sense with Masaki being related because the female would need permission to bare the child if she wasn't noble blood. Though we're not sure if exiled Shinigami or Shinigami who've lost their powers can give birth without limitations of the SS...Also they said that Masaki probably wasn't killed by grand fisher...If not him it was most likely Aizen's doing which explains how he knew of Ichigo.....
