Well, if an action author has to right a story, we wouldn't want to read 50 pages. We want specific detail to think more. Really a short post, is setting up your foe for failure because they don't have much to go off. Now look at how ER and my posts are. We can do pretty fun stuff, because we gave such great descriptions we can piggy back off of each other.

Hey Gent, just to clarify, not saying you said this or anything but, you can only try out once. Someone can read your posty to give you feedback and stuff but you cannot try out again. Sorry :/ if you need any feedback, I'm sure most mods and other people would be willing to help you

Well if you want a captain, or if you have a fraccion that you want to be rank C instead of D, then you need to try out. For everything else, there's mastercard.

You don't have to try out if you don't want a captain. Trying out is different for shinigami though. If you make your character saomeon's Lt, then you automatically get rank C. If your a seated member you automatically get rank D.

Well I think my posts have quality because I don't hold back. I think you should start compressing posts after you have already been able to write quality posts. If you think about it, no matter how beautiful and expansive your vocabulary is in a post, if it is not at least two paragraphs, it doesn't seem good. Look at the 1st Division office and check to see if you like how I posted there versus how I posted inwntown KT. Don't just skim, actually read. Which posts would you consider better?

I like both of your's, the word's flow and have so much life. I agree on your both. You can start of small but get longer..
