*Bio: jin once use to be a human who lived a quiet and peaceful life but that was until one fateful day, a unknown entity attacked his home resulting in the death of his mom and the disappearance of his sister , a few years later jin was put through therepy and issued into a foster home and continued to live that once peaceful life bue he came across a hollow the same one that attacked his very family, ever since then jin had the hollow try and hunt him down repeatedly and he continued to run until one day he was caught and devoured, then after being killed the hollow tried devouring his soul but at perfect timing a shinigami saved jin and defeated the hollow, jin was then sent to soul soceity and begun a new life there then when he heard news about the academy opening up he joined after graduating he joined squad 11 and soon rose to become third seat but he wont stop there jin strides for more then what he has...

Zanpakutō

*Name: yuki {lit: snow} hana {lit: flower}
Zanpakutō spirit: yuki- he stands about 5"8 weighing around 180 with a mild muscular build, he seems to be in his early 20s, his skin tone is dark tan, his hair is pale white, silk smooth and long extending to his waist in a pony tail mannor, his irisis are a dark blue color, yuki wears traditional blue samurai armor with a wolf tengu mask and a forehead protector

hana- she stands about 5"5 weighing around 115lbs with a slim frame, her skin tone is a soft peach color, her hair is jet black and silk smooth extending to her back in a free flowing mannor, her irisis are darkish black color, she wears a white elegant gown that flows to the ground and rips around the edges

*Sealed form: both hana and yuki both are 6ft long katana, the hilts on both are wrapped in cloth, hana has black cloth wrapped around the hilt as yuki has dark blue cloth wrapped around it both tsuba are a star like shuriken, the blade on hana is all balck as yuki is all silver

*Shikai: setsuka {lit: snow flower}- for some reason when jin releases his shikai his zanpaktuo merges, the hilt is black with dark blue diamond formations and a 1ft dark blue cloth hanging from the hilt, the tsuba is a double star shuriken in a vertical / horazontal pattern, the blade's upper half is black as the bottom is silver

*Any abilities/techniques: furizu {lit: freeze}- this passive ability allows jin's zanpaktuo to freeze the specific location it either pierces or cuts and doesnt melt unless the shikai is reverted back to normal or an over flow of reiastu can melt it

hana shirudo {lit: flower shield}- this ability allows jin to create three large {about half the size of jin} petal like shields made of ice which form at the back of jin and block or parry off only three attacks {one attack destroys a shield} or a it can lessen damage from a stronger attack

yuki no shawa {lit: snow shower}- this ability allows jin to change the wheather in a 5ft radius, heavy clouds would move in as it begins to shower snow but the snow isnt ordinary its as sharp as blades and would damage the oppenent if caught in it {takes one post for wheather to form}

hana yuki no ju {lit: flower snow gun}- this ability allows jin to concentrate spirit energy and ice element energy into his finger tip or blade tip creating a dense elemental spirit shot which is fast and causes small explosive damage {takes one post to charge}

First of all, 3rd seat is taken, like I told you before. Also, your character is too overpowered for a D rank. If you had half your reiatsu sealed away and you went ibto a fight, you would die instantly, so take the seal off. Only powerful characters like Kenpachi need a seal. Also, changing the weather is too strong an ability for a 4th seat, so again, change it. Also, your personailty needs more description. Also, since your character is a seated shinigami, you may only have one zanpakuto.
