Personality: Haruki is very timid and has a long patience for anyone. He has a habit of just letting thing’s go which make him careless almost 20 % of the time which makes him a liability but when he does get into the fight he is hard working and stubborn. When he actually fight’s he put’s his full heart into the battle and ultimately if this comes to it, he would die for his fellow shinigami. He can be passionate at times but mostly a bum. He is selfish and very rude, no respect except someone that he knows he has to respect. He has no humor and rarely laughs but keeps this mild look of disgust on his face. He isn’t cocky but he put’s this scheme on to show that he can’t be taken for. His always seems to be training his burnt arm. His is any how scared of fire.
Physical Appearance: Haruki stand at 6’5 and weight’s no more then 180 to 150 lbs. He has a well muscular body with a pale tone. Violet red eyes look out from under black bang’s his hair sways to the left being very untidy. On the left side of his face is a jagged scar that start at his temple and goes down to his chin. From his chin to his upper jaw has a very clean cut that is faded. He has burn scar’s on his left arm making that his weaker arm. He wears a traditional shinigami uniform with a exception of having one sleeve cut off and one sleeve not. The one with the sleeve is his good arm and the one with out a sleeve isn’t.
Bio: Haruki grew up pretty quick and didn’t live very good with his father giving constant beating’s and very emotional beating. He eventually grew mad at his father and left his family making his mother feel bad and very sad. When he left finally his mother kept contact with him but he didn’t pay very much attention to her, He eventually grew into a gang life but turned into helping people out of the gang people. Well when he finally died, he helped people till entering the academy where he was taught and then finally became a shinigami. He trained and trained gaining his scar’s quickly till one day he got burned and know is training on his injured arm.
Inner World Appearance: Haruki’s inner world is a forest a very large forest that as far as you can see. This forest you can easily get lost into cause it changes every five minutes. The forest can lead you into a straight path but will eventually change for you. This land can even hold terrors that look like friendly animal.
-Zanpakutō-
Name: TasMinosenshi (Shapeshifter)
Zanpakutō spirit: A man that stand’s about 5’0 and weights about 200 lbs. He seems to have hand’s and certain part’s of his body changed into a animal. His chest is overly hairy and seems like a ape. His hand’s have extremely long claws that are curved, the arms of the man has patches of leopard printed fur and hard rhino looking skin. His leg’s are covered by a large hakama but his feet are shaped into hooves.
Sealed form: A very simple katana, The katana is curved fully making the tip more V shaped then, then the normal shape. The hilt is a simple rainbow colored cloth wrap completely hiding the metal.
Shikai: The simple first form is a fat blade with a very shaggy hilt guard hiding the handle. The handle is know a simple wood looking handle.
Call out phase: Change
Ability’s/techniques:
Shifuto (Shift): Can change the physical appearance of Haruki or the sword itself. The sword can change appearance faster then Haruki himself. The main changes of the sword is a spear that is about 5 feet, the normal look of his shikai, a gauntlet with fur all around there.
Attribute adjustment: Speed, and endurance. This is a very light augment and makes some difference. The augmentation make Haruki able to take 5 step’s before flash stepping. His endurance is heightened to a point where he can take minor hakudo.

Could use some more detail on the sealed form appearance, but other than that, it's fine. If you're not going for lieutenant with character, you get a D rank. If you are going for lieutenant, you get a C rank. To be a lieutenant, just ask the captain of a squad if you can.

I will for sure. I am still thinking on some stuff and making a rp sample to see how well I can use him.

Also, "normal" isn't a rank. It's either lieutenant, some number of seat, or unseated.

-Haruki calmly stair’s down the arrancar a cold look of disgust on his face, when the arrancar got about 10 feet away from him he drew his zanpaktou TasMinosenshi with a soft hiss of malice before the arrancar got close enough to strike. Once the arrancar got close to Haruki took seven step’s quickly before flash stepping in front of the arrancar aiming a kick to his stomach instead of using TasMinosenshi this hit made the arrancar fly back ward’s, The arrancar was to close to block. He was slow in sensing the other arrancar’s he turned to the east slowly his eye’s flashed softly the crimson shaken, He quickly put’s the palm of his hand out towards the bala’s shouting loudly with a low growl “Sokatsui” a large blue ball of reitsu formed before long the energy shot off making a 10 foot wave of energy and was as wide as a small bus flew at the bala making . Once the reitsu hit the bala’s a big explosion act’s making Haruki’s black hair’s fly in the wind, his uniform became ruffled making him look unorganized.-

-Haruki was know keen on all four reitsu but there was to much smoke to see, he was quietly walking around the first arrancar’s reitsu with a predator’s grace. He caught the sight of the first arrancar and struck quickly aiming Tasminosenshi toward’s his head cutting the head off in one fateful arch. Blood splattered all around the arrancar and on Haruki’s sandals, He quietly stepped away from the corpse a soft smile on his lip’s. He took another 7 step’s before flash stepping to the one arrancar in the east, He was behind him in second’s, with being behind him Haruki shoved the tip of TasMinosenshi right into the back into heart and spine, protruding from the chest the blade blood dripping cleanly off the blade. He quietly cleaned the blade on his hakama before taking another 7 step’s to flash again to the next arrancar, he was in front of this arrancar slashing upwards cutting his chest flailing open blood spraying, he quickly made a make sure kill when he stabbed right under the sternum into the heart. This was way over kill. The adrenaline was pumping through his blood, his eyes blood shot from the over flow of blood. Haruki pointed the blade of TasMinosenshi at the final arrancar, this arrancar turned and started running for his life. Haruki said very loudly “TasMinosenshi Change!” The blade flared a bright red before changing into a fat blade and with a shaggy hand guard that hid the wooden handle. The blade quickly changed into a spear with a long tip and a solid wood staff this was the teqhnique know as Shifuto, Haruki quickly threw the blade at the man running away the blade sinking in deep into his spine killing him. Haruki quietly walked over to the corpse pulling the spear out quietly, The blade changed back into the sealed state quietly.-
