| @ kizo, it can hit ulamog, but not emmy. emmy has protection from colored spells, so no colored spells can deal damage to, or destroy it. it also can't be countered. ulamog is just a big punching bag which inevitably make his way though with his annihilator.

| @kiso correct. or abilities which just destroy target creature also. however, since the player who casts emmy gets an extra turn, and she's a 15/15 flier with anihilator 6 (which means your opponents need to sacrifice 6 permanents when she swings), I don't think there will be much of a problem with that.
also, stealing it would be tricky, since it can't be enchanted or targeted by spells. there are creatures/non aura enchantments/ artifacts you could use, but their fairly cost heavy.
on the other hand, emmy is a whopping 15 mana, so I don't think cost will be an issue by then.
edit: needed to clarify who I was talking to at the beginning.
